This handcrafted beverage is 2 shots of espresso and steamed milk foam.

A handcrafted drink made with 2 shots of espresso and microfoam.

This handcrafted beverage is equal parts espresso and milk.

A traditional Machioto is a 3oz beverage that is 2oz ( 2 shots) of espresso and 1 oz milk

Our hand-pulled espresso is made with 2 shots.

Hot chocolate with whip and chocolate drizzle.

When coffee just isn't the thing for you but you want a hot beverage, our hot apple cider will hit the spot!

20 oz French Press made with our smooth full bodied house blend

This is steamed milk and we put it in a cup for you.

Brewed cold for a delicious non bitter rich coffee served over ice and flavered to your liking.

This beverage is sweet, delicious and refreshing. This drink is made with ube which is sweet potato. The ube delivers that beautiful purple color and it is then mixed with sweet milk . We then add cold brew concentrate to finish this drink off.

A blended frozen drink with coffee. Available in mocha, Caramel and Vanilla. We can add extra flavors if you like.

A double shot of espresso pored over ice and your choice of milk added. Flavors can be added.

Our Chai is the most wonderful balance of spice and sweet. In a latte, iced or hot you'll love it!

Our Matcha is organic. Each Matcha is hand blended and whisked to order by our baristas. It's earthy and refreshing.

Our lemonade is great all by itself but you can add flavors such as strawberry, raspberry or any other flavor we offer to have a unique beverage suited to you.

Our energy drinks are made with Lotus a natural caffeine drink base. We add your choice of flavor such as lemonade, blueberry, strawberry, coconut or whatever we offer that sounds good to you. We finish this beverage with a carbonated clear soda for a bubbly full flavor experience.

2 shots of our rich espresso and filled to the rim with filtered water. We can leave room for cream upon request.

A double shot of our delicious rich espresso poured over ice and finished with our clear tasting filtered water. We can add a bit of half and half or milk if you like it that way.

We use rich, smooth and full bodied coffee in a generous amount to deliver a a rich experience with our pour over. Each pour over made to order by our Baristas.

Tea latte

20oz of hot water, a tea bag of your choice, a cup and tea bag resting dish.

These biscuits contain salami, jalapenos, a 3 cheese blend and are baked with glazed of honey and jalapeno seasoning.

Handcrafted here by one of our talented baristas. Dipped in chocolate and decorated in festive sprinkles.

Frosted with a mixture of cream and sugar, no artificial flavors.

Natural occurring colors in frosting and sprinkles. Made with simple ingredients, flour, sugar and butter, aluminum free baking powder and eggs

Frosted with a simple ingredient Ganache of milk chocolate and cream.

Bread roll filled with a smoked sausage and cheddar meat.

3 cheese, onion, peppers and ham quiche. Provolone, cheddar and Swiss cheeses, eggs, cream, onions, red and green peppers, salt, pepper and spices. This quiche is wonderful!

Berry jam filled turnover drizzled with a strawberry and blueberry glaze.

We put this lunch together for those who need a meal. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich in grape or strawberry. A single serving container of chips, a juice box and a frosted farmhouse sugar cookie.

Collected daily here at Elam Acres by our free ranging hens. Our eggs are washed and then boxed in a clear carton so you can appreciate the beautiful colors of our eggs. Eggs are brought into the coffee house for sale around 9:30 a.m. each day.

Milk will be available in early March.
